Hence, if you are selecting a bit different shape of pillow then keep in mind that you have to do some extra efforts in getting these pillows in the market or make at your own along with their coverings. Therefore, as per your selected shape of the pillow you have to get pillow forms shape as well to be insert inside the pillow.

Next comes is the pillow size. You can select pillow size as per the couch or bed size where you have to keep the pillow. If the couch or bed is quite big in size then off course a big size pillow is required and vice versa. On the other hand if you are using down or a Prima Loft then you should have the pillow form at least one inch bigger than the cover so that for a 20 inch other cover of the pillow, a Prima loft pillow form should be of 20 inches.

There are different materials that can be used for the filling of pillows. For the decorative pillow inserts forms fillings you can use different materials of fillings such as down & feather blends, down alternatives or polyesters. In order to make luxurious and great looking pillows, down and feather fillings are the best choice available. The down and feather filling gives a famous karate chop look and these pillows are too soft and light I weight. On the other hand the down alternatives are normally made up of special micro fiber polyesters that are quite loose blown versus being batted. Lastly come the polyester fillings which is quite less costly then the above two mentioned materials use for pillow fillings. You can easily found this polyester filling or polyester filled pillows at any hobby or craft stores near by you. The pillows filled with polyester fillings are not that soft hence not that comfortable. The look that the pillows with polyester filling offers is even not as same as the karate chop looks like of down and feather filling pillows.

You can easily wash pillow insert forms that contain down or down alternative in your washing machine. But keep in mind that if the pillow form is quite big in size then it will take a bit longer time then the smaller pillow form size. Since, majority if the decorative pillows are covered with a decorative fabric hence, it is better that they are washed with some extra care and try to make them completely dry as soon as possible.
